Not feeling good at all. Very sore throat and minor head ache; this can't be good... well I did a nice 1 mile warm up. 6 tempo miles: high 7's. Not what I wanted. 1 mile cool down. Also did some hills. :D 1 hour 30 minutes of fitness class, worked my legs a little. So happy that tomorrows a nice easy 9.

| 10 miles today up in the mountains. Was supposed to run up double peak with Cade and Liam, but we ended up missing the trail and running up a second/larger mountain, called Mount Whitney. Hahaha 5 miles afterward @ a run walk pace: 12:27. Tendons feels waaayyy better with my new shoes on. Still going to take it easy and rest well. |
