Not feeling good at all. Very sore throat and minor head ache; this can't be good... well I did a nice 1 mile warm up. 6 tempo miles: high 7's. Not what I wanted. 1 mile cool down. Also did some hills. :D

So happy that tomorrows a nice easy 9.

10 miles today up in the mountains. Was supposed to run up double peak with Cade and Liam, but we ended up missing the trail and running up a second/larger mountain, called Mount Whitney. Hahaha 5 miles afterward @ a run walk pace: 12:27. 

Tendons feels waaayyy better with my new shoes on. Still going to take it easy and rest well.
